Job Description:

Environment Control Building Maintenance, a leading provider of commercial cleaning and facility maintenance services, is seeking a Sales Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your industry knowledge and network.

Generate leads, build relationships, and close sales deals with prospective clients to achieve revenue growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and addressing their needs effectively.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and contract reviews to ensure profitable agreements for the company.

Utilize CRM systems and tools to track sales activities, manage customer data, and generate reports for management analysis.

Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies to continuously improve sales processes and performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the commercial cleaning or facility maintenance industry.

Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to interact with clients at all levels.

Self-starter with a high level of motivation, enthusiasm, and a results-oriented mindset.

Ability to create and generate leads for long-term client relationships.

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to identify growth opportunities and drive business success.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $70,000 per year, based on meeting all metrics and achieving sales targets. Commission and bonus potential w/ salary make your earning potential up to $120,000 per year. This position offers unlimited earnings potential through a performance-based commission structure. Additionally, we provide retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
